Who Are We?

Set
up in 2000, Study Skills For Success helps students be more successful.
By teaching you better ways of learning, we enable you to achieve
better exam results in less time.
Study Skills For Success is led by Louise Barden, a qualified and
experienced teacher who has worked in this field for over 15 years.
A languages graduate and trained teacher with further diplomas in
the field of study skills. Louise has undertaken extensive
research into techniques for maximising the brain's capacity to
learn.
We are based in Bedford and currently offer courses in and around the
Bedford area. A full course is made up of 6 x 90 minute modules
and every participant receives the study skills handbook containing the
full course notes.
We offer study skills lessons in Bedford and Bedfordshire, primarily
for students needing help with GCSEs and A Levels, but University
students and children as young as 11 have benefited from study skills
lessons teaching them how to study successfully.
For students in other areas we offer e-learning modules which you can
work through at your own pace, in your own time, wherever you are.
